The Glitz & GlaMOM TV talk show begins taping next week (& premiers in January). I have started looking for cute outfits to wear on the show. I know that back when I was a School Counselor, I felt the options for work clothes were boring. Fast forward to a few years later & there are so many great options for AFFORDABLE , FASHIONABLE clothes for work. I found a few stores with really great options.
SHEIN is where I happened to order the most clothes from. There are literally 1000’s of choices. The website could be improved with a little more filtering options within the search feature BUT if you narrow down your search to more specific keywords, you can find some really great pieces.
**One thing to remember with SHEIN, check the sizes & measurements CAREFULLY. I have shirts from SHEIN that are small, medium, & large (I usually wear a medium top). Each article of clothing may be completely different in sizing, so make sure you check carefully. It is worth it to spend $100 on the site to get the free expedited shipping so you don’t have to wait so long for the clothes to come! They always have coupon codes & sales so its really a great bargain to shop on their site. Here are some of my recent purchases!
I was never ever a blazer person but lately I am really loving them! SHEIN has sooooo many cute ones. Almost every piece is under $20 and thats WITHOUT their discounts! Total game changer for work clothes (as well as every other type of clothing you may need).
Macys is another store that has really great affordable work clothes! I have recently gotten some items from there I want to share (as well as great everyday leggings that I love).
Now remember, keep an eye on items from Macys, they will almost always go on sale, & almost always have a coupon. So if something you see may be expensive now, check again & it will almost always go on sale at some point! They also do price adjustments which is nice too.
I will be accumulating a lot more clothes for meetings & the show over the next few months & I plan to do it on a budget. I will share things as I find them & pass along the good deals!
