Why Should You Book a Family Vacation To Grenada?

This year, we were SO excited to plan a trip to Grenada – Grenada had been on our travel bucket list for a while & visiting in person was truly a dream come true. Grenada is known as the Spice Island, known for their amazing variety of spices such as nutmeg, turmeric, allspice, cinnamon & ginger. I can tell you that Grenada is simply put a BEAUTIFUL destination.We stayed at the Royalton Grenada, an all-inclusive paradise & one of the most gorgeous resorts we have stayed at yet. It had everything we needed and more for our family that made for a trip we will never forget!

The Royalton Grenada was such a short ride from the airport, & within minutes we stepped foot onto the resort.

The view of the mountains mixed with the ocean & beach was just breathtaking. We were so excited to explore the resort. Royalton Grenada was so perfect because there were multiple pools to choose from, including a kids pool, & there was also a splash area for the girls. There is also a kids club & the staff was so warm & lovely. The cabanas by the pool were also absolutely so simple but GORGEOUS.

There is a spa onsite & 4 restaurants to choose from. We loved changing it up every night to try all of the different dining options, oh & there is room service too! We loved that we did not need reservations for dinner. It makes it much easier to go with the flow during the day. The resort has water sports included too. My husband went kayaking a few times with the girls. It was great being able to do that right from our resort vs going somewhere else. At the end of every night we would watch the show or entertainment for the evening as the girls enjoyed gelato. It was the perfect way to end the day.

The Royalton Grenada offers an upgrade to the Diamond Club, which was FANTASTIC! The Diamond Club has its own pool, butler service, snacks/food in the Diamond Club check-in area. There is also a private beach & other exceptional services too. The Diamond Club truly elevated our stay & we felt so relaxed during the entire trip.

The Grenada Tourism Authority planned a fantastic day of exploring for us to experience the beauty of Grenada. We had a fantastic tour guide who we spent the entire day with. He not only showed us so much of Grenada, but also gave us so much historical insight & history that we did not know. We visited a chocolate shop, spice market, waterfall, & we kayaked on these clear kayaks, which was SO cool. It was a day full of adventure, & truly gave us a chance to see Grenada & its beauty up close and personal.
