Hey beauties! Yesterday my family took to Manhattan to spend the day at The Museum of Ice Cream’s Pint Shop store & to walk the High Line! I was born & raised in Brooklyn, spent so much time in Manhattan, & lived in NYC until I was almost 28. It is really important for me to expose my kids to everything that NYC has to offer. My girls may be little suburban princesses, but they need to have plenty of city life experience too!
If you have heard of the Museum of Ice Cream, you know its one fun, colorful experience. We missed the actual museum when it came to Manhattan a few years ago, so we were so excited to be able to take the girls to the Pint Shop store experience.
The store is so colorful, & had all different themed mini-experiences. Here are some of my favorite snapshots from the store.
This was a wall made up of ice cream pint containers! How cool is that?
This was a giant ice cream pint, more pics from the OTHER side of this later. The girls were sampling the featured Cherrylicious flavor of ice cream!
How fun is this banana exhibit?
This was a swing set to a SPRINKLE floor! So cute!
Here is the OTHER side to that cherry pint of ice cream. A ball pit made of beach balls & (fake) cherries!
The store itself was color-coordinated & so much fun!
PINK HEAVEN (for me & the girls).
Cherry everything!
Shopping anyone?
Yesssssssss hubby stepped out behind the camera for a change! Love him so much!
After we left the Pint Shop, we set foot on the High Line. I can literally spend ALL day here. Its so beautiful & one of those things that just makes Manhattan the most special place in the world. The girls loved it!
Sometimes I really miss living in the city, & having access to Manhattan at all times. I really love where we live & think its the most amazing place to raise kids. I am just grateful that Manhattan is only an hour or so away!
