Diana was the key player when it came time to take glamour shots of my home. As a mother of two little girls she knew all the tricks to assure that my home could be appealing to any type of buyer. She depersonalized our space by removing kiddie artwork and décor from the walls and toys and figures from the dressers and shelves. With kids basically every room feels like a playroom, but Diana helped me reorganize and show off each room as it was intended for. When it came time for photos, I couldn’t believe it was my house…the toys had magically vanished!
Once my home was listed, Diana informed me that in order to increase the chances of my home selling I had to try my best to show it whenever someone asked. We agreed upon a few hours lead time for the appointments to give me a chance to tidy as needed. Her goal was to assure the counters were clear, toys were picked up, clothing was away, and beds were made. I knew she understood the stress of making this possible with 2 little ones in tow. It was great that she could relate to my worries and was patient when I needed to vent!
