The Sparklez Box /Exquisite Fashion Jewelry
4) How did you get involved with it?
Fashion is part of the daily air, and I am always inclined towards it and thought of bringing those fashionable accessories for everyone through web. So we are an online portal for Fashion Jewelry. We have started this as a side business with our full time job
5) What are the biggest challenges you face in your business?
The Biggest challenge right now is to reach the right target audience.
6) How do you manage your time effectively?
Since we are team of two we have divided our tasks on who does what. Also, usually we spend more time during evenings and on weekends to complete our daily tasks
7) Tell us about a challenge you faced & overcame!
New country, new rules. We did not knew how we actually start the business and go online. However, we both sat down, did some research on google about the steps that needs to be completed, and acted on the same. Meanwhile we also decided on the layout of the website and started working on the same. This was a long learning process and we learned a lot about web designing.
8) Who inspires you & why?
My mom has been a great inspiration because she clearly demonstrated that there is no fun in life if there are no challenges.
9) What do you do for fun?
Hiking, cycling with my boys . On a lazy day watching movies with them.
10) What makes you a MOM BOSS?
Well that’s a big term, but I am all for organizing stuff. I want the kids to follow certain schedule and also want them to be responsible. Having said that play is also important aspect . So try to find balance for them for play and IPhone time ☺ and similarly for ourselves work and life balance
