My family was invited last week to attend blogger night at Medieval Times, in Lyndhurst NJ last week! We had a great time, if you remember, we visit there in December as well, you can check out that recap here!
We had the best time last week & we got to get a behind the scenes look at the show & even get on the arena!
Let me walk you through our experience! First one of the knights spoke to us about how their training works, working with the horses, and all the different weapons! All the kids got to ask questions, it was really cute & we really learned a lot about the process!
Then everyone went on the arena & was given a wooden sword, and then it was time to practice our moves with some training right beforehand!
Then we got to hang out until the show started!
Now it was time for the show to start!
We love visiting Medieval Times. I enjoy as much now as I did when I went as a kid! Nothing beats watching it through the eyes of my children though! They are so excited, & engaged the entire time. They love rooting for their knight (who won, GO YELLOW), they love the food, they love waving their flag!
I really recommend Medieval Times as a fun outing for the whole family, or so many different special occasions you can have fun celebrating there. I went as an adult for a couples night out before even having kids. You can visit to celebrate birthdays, graduations, or other milestones. It feels like being in another place, another time & the energy is always great! We cannot wait to go back!
