The girls have had sponsored swim lessons with Goldfish Swim School Manalapan for a few weeks now. We had taken lessons since the opening of Goldfish but now the girls are in different levels. When we first started, my older princess started as a Junior 1. She is now a Junior 2 and VERY close to being a Junior 3. My little princess started with parent & me and then after her birthday in September she was placed in Mini 3. She goes in now without us, which is AMAZING.
My little one goes first. The progress she has made in the last few weeks is unbelievable. She jumps in with no fear, total ease. She is paddling. She is kicking. She is floating (something she HATED, even in the parent class). Now she does it no problem.
To watch her progress in this class makes so happy. She feels safe in the water because her teachers are so nurturing. They have endless patience, they have endless smiles on their faces, & they truly care about my child. They are happy when she has made progress. This is not just a job for them. They really care about making a difference & helping the kids grow their skills in the water.
My older daughter is now starting to swim more independently. She has a smile on the whole time she is in the pool. She loves that she is learning to swim by herself. She has her kicks & paddling down. The wants to learn. She has fun in the class. She is so excited to go every week. Whenever we drive into the plaza where the school is, she is hoping we are there because its time for Goldfish Swim School!
Goldfish is hands down the BEST swim school around. First of all its so impeccably clean & beautiful inside. The entire staff from the front desk, management, lifeguards, instructors, everyone always is friendly with a smile on their face. Then the most important part, the swim lessons themselves. I see my kids learning. They feel safe, they feel secure. They are so happy when they know they are improving. They are more confident. They look forward to being there. I just can’t say enough good things about what Goldfish has done for the girls. I can’t wait to do another update so I can share more progress they have made.
