Hey beauties! So by ACCIDENT today, I learned that Sephora is having their Friends & Family sale, which means 20% off your purchase! Someone in the store whispered to me to make sure that I get a card for the sale from an employee. I would think that being a Rogue member would automatically entitle me to this discount, but you need the card! Luckily the girl helping me in the store gave me one for my purchase!
I want to share what I bought today! I am very excited about these new purchases.
I needed dry shampoo when I came into the store. I had one in mind I planned to buy, BUT there was a representative their from CAVIAR hair products. She tried their dry shampoo on me and I was instantly SOLD. Literally, the best one I have ever used, and I have tried at least 10. This one is not powdery, you get 200 uses per bottle, no residue, no stiffness. I was SO impressed. Then she woman put the bond-repair serum on my ends. They were instantly smooth. The technology in the bottle is supposed to help seal the ends, help with breakage, and help hair grow out healthier/longer. I am so happy this lady was there, and tried the products on me or I would have probably picked something else. I recommend you for sure try these products! I can’t say enough good things, especially about the dry shampoo!
Next, I wanted to try a powder foundation. I have used tinted moisturizer for years but I want more coverage. My sister swears by her powder foundation so I figured I would try one. I love my Dior air foundation for when I go out but I don’t use it everyday. I planned to buy the Makeup Forever one, but decided to try the COVER FX Pressed Mineral Foundation on the recommendation of the Sephora employee. She said it had no bad ingredients & wouldn’t clog my skin. I figured I will try this and then I can always try the Makeup Forever one next time!
Lastly, my newest prized lip color. I have been eying the Fenty Uncuffed lip paint since its release. I love the universal red & wanted this mauve-type color! It did not disappoint. Its my new favorite, and flattering on any skin tone.
So those were my purchases from Sephora Friends & Family. I don’t think the sale is much more than a few days so hurry up and get to the store! And be nice to the employees so you get a card for the discount wink wink.
