The whole reason we planned our trip to California

The whole reason we planned our trip to California was based around visiting @unistudios to see the new Super Nintendo World that opened earlier this year. We were invited to the opening & couldn’t make it, so we were determined to make it there this year. @unistudios hosted us for the most magical day.

We ran right to Super Nintendo World when we got into the park. There is just one ride there **MARIO KART** but that ride was everythingggggggggg & worth the wait. We are huge @nintendoamerica fans - me & hubby since we were kids & now the girls as well. I would have waited 4 hours to go on this ride - luckily it was under 90! The entire land Super Nintendo World was so perfectly created & every inch of it is Mario perfection. There is also Toadstool Cafe which we were lucky enough to grab a rez for - try as SOON as you can because it will fill up.

Super Nintendo World will also be coming to @universalorlando , but not quite yet, so we were so happy we got to go experience it now at @unistudios . Thank you again @unistudios for the best day.🖤

A week ago today we headed to Cali to take the girls to @disneyland & @unistudios for the 1st time. I had not been to California in a few years & was so excited for the girls first trip there. I have lots to unpack from this trip, so bare with me as the flu has wreaked havoc on us this week. I am trying to catch up, but have been extremely dizzy for 2 days & it’s been miserable.

During our stay, we were hosted at the @hojoanaheim - which is walking distance to @disneyland - I’ll share more about that soon too - it was the most perfect place to stay for our visit & couldn’t ask for a more ideal location.

I will share more soon, for now back to resting & caring for my babies.🖤 #disneyparks #disneycreator 🖤

We just got back from an extended long weekend away (more details to come this week), but managed to pick up the flu on our travels. My throat is absolutely on fire, ears also. I have been drinking water, tea, soup, resting, alternating meds & nothing is helping - the pain is truly unbearable - luckily the fever passed & I’ll be much better once this pain is gone. How is your week going so far?!🖤

Noooo I didn’t have another child - meet my adorable nephew making his first appearance on my page. My sis & I were hosted with the kids at @bigapplecircus today. We went 2 years ago & were absolutely obsessed / the girls had talked about it for months after. Todays show was filled with so many fun acts - the acrobatics were all of our fave! @bigapplecircus will be in town until the end of next month - & a perfect time to be in the city during the holiday season.

So thankful for my baby girls - who make life even better every day & so lucky to be their Mama. When the @royalcaribbean #AnthemOftheSeas docked at #PortCanaveral , we were excited to be invited to spend the day at @kennedyspacecenter . I had not been there since I was a kid, hubby had never been (or the girls) so it was the perfect day to explore. We had friends who happened to be there same day, so we got to check it out together.

You can make a full-day visiting there, but you can also move quicker & see it in a half-day depending how much time you have free. There was so much to take in, learn & experience. The girls got to touch a piece of the moon, they were SO excited to go back to school to tell their class. There are tons of simulators, a bus tour, informational screenings (not boring I promise), & a ton of phenomenal information about NASA. My husband could have seriously stayed there for 3 days straight because he wanted to learn and see everything he could. I will share some of our highlights on stories, so go there to check it all out. Have you ever been to @kennedyspacecenter ?🖤

**8 MONTHS POST-FALL** (tomorrow). I can’t belie

**8 MONTHS POST-FALL** (tomorrow). I can’t believe it’s 8 months tomorrow since I fell down my steps & broke my ankle/lower leg. I went for a follow up to @hspecialsurgery & my phenomenal Doctor (Dr. Levine is THE ankle guy) told me how well I have recovered - especially from since a traumatic injury. I have been soooooo swollen lately, otherwise all is good! What a feeling to know that despite this fall & surgery & recovery - I made my goals happen for the year.

My main goal was to lose the extra weight I had gained around 2019 & at the end of 2022 decided enough was enough. It was never about being skinny or thin, (my curves aren’t going anywhere), but feeling like myself in my own body.

As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I lost 50 lbs with the help of @slymwellness . Oh what a night! Went to @borgataac for a couples/friends night to see the best of the best @sebastiancomedy . I saw him at the Garden in 2019 & was sooooo excited to see him again. We were crying laughing as per usual - he’s def one of the best. What are you up to this weekend?!🖤

Have you ever heard of the Bionic Bar on @royalcaribbean ships? We were so excited that the #anthemoftheseas is one of the ships that has it. The girls came here every single day of our cruise. The drink options were so cool & you can create your own as well.

You order from a tablet, then watch the magic happen. The robot makes your entire drink (watch till the end to see him shake & pour the drink) & it truly is so cool. There were always guests at the bar watching this robot in action even if they weren’t ordering at the moment.

The @royalcaribbean Anthem of the Seas blew us away & the Bionic Bar was definitely such a great & memorable experience.🖤

Every night while on our @royalcaribbean we went outside to see the beautiful sunsets. Those colors never get old. I can’t believe a week ago today we were at Perfect Day at CocoCay - I can’t wait to share more about @royalcaribbean ‘s private island - it was absolute paradise.

How much longer do you think the girls will want to match with me?! Maybe if it’s in matching @tiare_hawaii dresses we can just a little bit longer - their dresses are just vacation perfection!🤣🖤

Yesterday I was in Manhattan alllll day for meetings, but first some “me” time. I was invited to try a Head Spa treatment at @tomokoshimahair . I have been wanting to do one for months & months. They start off with a camera to analyze your scalp. I found so much dry shampoo build up - so I’m very done with dry shampoo. Then they do the whole treatment including massage, shampoo, conditioner - all tailored to the needs of your hair. You then go back under the camera to see your clean & healthy scalp. You also can add on a blowout & leave feeling so fab. I was with Shino who was awesome & so thorough. I could have done the massage alone for 3 hours. The Head Spa at @tomokoshimahair was truly a wonderful experience & I highly recommend. I see more Head Spas in my future. Have you tried one yet?!🖤

Let’s talk dining aboard the @royalcaribbean Anthem of the Seas 🍽️.

There is always a place to eat or get a drink on board. You have of course the main dining room for all meals - you pick a dining time, & they also have flexible dining called My Dining, which we had - so we weren’t locked into dinner at the same time every night. There is the buffet called Windjammer also for all 3 meals. I got an omelette for breakfast everyyyyy day (stayed on track the whole trip & didn’t gain the standard cruise 10 🤣🤣).

Now there are also specialty dining options. We tried 3 of the specialty dinings aboard the Anthem.
1) Wonderland - A magical, Alice in Wonderland inspired dining experience.
2) Jamie’s Italian - @jamieoliver designed this dining experience for the ship
3) Chops Grille - A delicious steakhouse experience (my fave of the 3).

There was also Chef’s Table, & Izumi as well. Then there other casual dining options all over the ship, bars, & cafes as well. I got my coffee daily from La Patisserie.

To sum it up, no matter where you are on the ship - you are never far from delish food & drinks. The girls loved their daily ice cream by the pool, & their OBSESSION this entire cruise was the Bionic Bar (more on that to come).

There were tons of healthy eating options, & cuisines to please every appetite available. Have you ever been on a cruise? #anthemoftheseas 🖤
